With over twenty years of investing and finance experience, Mr. Alozie oversees all capital raise, financial advisory, institutional relationships and the investment strategy of the company. Prior to AG Rhino, Mr. Alozie co-founded Almat Group, LLC a real estate development and investing company in New York. Almat has developed to date in excess of $100m investment and apartments for sale. Prior to Almat he held various positions at Deloitte Consulting, Bank of New York Deloitte & Touche LLP and AIG where his previous clients included Met Life Real Estate, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, Tontine Partners, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. Mr. Alozie graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He also is certified in New York State as a CPA. Mr. Alozie is an associate fellow of the Nigerian Leadership Institute (“NLI”). He is the chairman of the board of directors of Betfarm Ltd and a director of Sparkle micro finance bank
